About Me

Hi, #RHG originally began as a hiking group for fellow Hot Shot Firefighters ~2005. In Fall 2017 I opened the group to more people while studying at Shasta College. #RHG has been growing ever since. I am a Bachelors Student now @ Cal Poly and am still developing fitness lifestyles with #RHG on a regional scale.
